All orders are shipped securely with a tracked delivery method, and you will receive your tracking link by email as soon as your order has been placed and dispatched. You can follow your shipment’s progress directly from there.

We process and ship orders very quickly often on the same day. Once your order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or adjusted due to our fast processing.
During busy/holiday periods we try to process orders as quickly as possible but due to possible delays in post offices, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed.

Pusstiera offers free shipping on almost all orders above 100€, (depends on location and currency exchange rates) applied automatically at checkout.

In rare cases, a remote area surcharge may apply to certain locations — this will be shown at checkout after entering your address.
